Lead Digital Solutions

We are looking for a Lead of Digital Solutions to design and drive scalable mobile and web solutions that turn business needs into high-performing digital products. You’ll lead architecture, mentor the team, and shape the future of our cloud-based platforms using modern technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end solution design for mobile, web, and BI dashboard applications, ensuring alignment with cloud architecture standards and strategic business goals.
• Product Evolution: Drive the delivery of high-performance solutions using cutting-edge technologies while overseeing the maintenance and optimization of our field force management/automation platforms.
• Architectural Integrity: Ensure all designs prioritize maintainability, seamless integration, and robust cross-platform testing.
• Strategic Translation: Demonstrate expert proficiency in translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable architectures.
• Lead & Empower: Lead the software development and support functions, ensuring high performance, quality and technical standards.
• Strategic Architecting: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by designing scalable, user-focused architectures.
• End-to-End Governance: Provide the architectural vision and hands-on guidance required to see complex solutions from conception to deployment.
• Talent Development: Cultivate internal talent through proactive mentoring and the promotion of best practices within the development team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science a related subject and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ knowledge in software development in a production capacity
• Knowledge in Flutter, DotNet Core, C#, Typescript and Angular JS.
• Experience in any cloud-based platform such as Azure, AWS etc.
• Experience in DevOps or GitHub platform and associated workflow.
• Knowledgeable in any database system & SQL language such as Azure SQL or Microsoft SQL.
• Knowledge of UX and UI in mobile application.
• Knowledge of backend web services technology such as Webservice, API & JSON
• Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies
• Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment
