- Ensure operations efficiency & effectiveness.
- Set-up and update SOPs.
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers.
- Conduct monthly brief jointly with Client.
- Train & coach newbies & weak performers.
- Monthly updates on team performance / KPI achievement.
- Identify in-outlets opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans.
- Review of journey plan.
- POSMs distribution.
- Reports analysis & cross checking on reports accuracy.
- Support Client's team report when required (based on mutual agreement).
- Manage ad-hoc request and manpower allocation.
