Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Admin works closely with the team on administrative tasks.

 

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key in purchase orders (PO) in system.

  • Compile data for Price Check, Stock Count report according to dateline.

  • Assist to cascade all B2B PO from system to team members via group whatsapp.

  • Assist to compile record & report for projects according to dateline.

  • General admin for any urgent or ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are added advantage.
  • Responsible, fast learner who can multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
