The Assistant Talent Manager will play a key role in managing functions assisting in People and Talent Management. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional, strong communication skills who can manage data accurately and prioritize ask effectively.

The Assistant Talent Manager will play a key role in managing functions assisting in People and Talent Management. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional, strong communication skills who can manage data accurately and prioritize ask effectively.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent while aligning with organizational goals.
- Administer payroll processes with accuracy and benefits administration align with company policies and Employment Act regulations.
- Utilize advance Microsoft functions & data driven insights to support workforce and talent management.
- Address employee grievances professionally and sensitively, fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture.
- Support managers in conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Manager HR operations efficiently, prioritizing tasks with discipline and urgency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in HR, with proven expertise in people & talent management.
- Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office in data analysis.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS), Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new HR software and platforms.
- Understanding of payroll systems, Employment Act and statutory compliance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven with strong time management skills.
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, motivate, and collaborate with teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle tasks with professionalism, confidentiality and sense of urgency.
