What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize the calendar, priorities, and high-stakes scheduling across multiple projects.
- Act as the key liaison between the Head of Department, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and zero drop-offs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business updates for meetings.
- Handle confidential matters, urgent requests, and ad-hoc tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with 2–5 years experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with tight timeless and handling urgent requested when required.
