Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities;

Conduct in-field and classroom trainings for the FFRs based on the provided training modules and SOPs.
Ensure the performance of the team is in compliance with the SOPs and item B of Appendix B of this Agreement.
Act as backup support for field work during FFR out-of-service days.
Route ride with FFRs to ensure quality visitation are always carried out at the Retail Stores.
Monitor and review FFRs' performance based on item B of Appendix B of this Agreement (including sales achievement of assigned cluster of Retail Stores).
Ensure alignment with U Telco SOPs.
Compile and submit weekly reports to OM, AOM and U Teco.
Attend and conduct periodical market visit and/or outlet audit with U Telco.
