Act as the primary point of contact for the Operations Manager (OM).
Serve as the key liaison for HNB matters.
Monitor team discipline and work ethics, ensuring full compliance with all SOPs.
Review team performance regularly and ensure KPIs are clearly set and achieved.
Analyse BI reports to identify improvement opportunities and close performance gaps.
Drive and deliver overall KPI performance across all team members.
Monitor and track daily activities and productivity of team members.
Conduct weekly WIP meetings with OM, OE, and Admin to review regional status, sales performance, and operational issues.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of the daily tracking and reporting system.
Perform field visits to audit execution compliance and provide on-site coaching to the team.
Support and undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
