Field Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of our field marketing and activation projects. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating field operations, supporting project execution, coaching field teams, and ensuring every campaign is delivered to the highest standard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, leading people, and making things happen on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Office Management Tasks

• Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.
• Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team.
• Training arrangement.
• Field visitation plan.
• Uniform arrangement.

Conduct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks

• Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories.
• Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team.
• Recruiting & Selecting new SV candidates during fieldwork.
• Reporting.

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, field operations, merchandising, retail execution, or event activation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage field teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for field visits.
• Able to work on weekends based on project requirements.
