Product Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Engineer to lead the growth and success of RetailAIM, our in-house retail execution and field force automation solution.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery, seamless project implementation, and exceptional customer experience. You will oversee the product lifecycle, manage software implementation projects, drive continuous product improvements, and lead support operations to ensure our solutions continue to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of RetailAIM, including product planning, project implementation, feature enhancements, and ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery that meets business objectives.
• Manage customer relationships by providing project updates, addressing enhancement requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with development and support teams to prioritize product improvements, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, and product performance while driving continuous improvements, process optimization, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Software Implementation, or a related role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail Technology, ERP, POS, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and software implementation processes.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Microsoft Project) is an advantage.
