SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members.
- Assist in project recruitment.
- Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region.
- Call of Achievement (Attendance).
- Great execution.
- Planogram compliance.
- Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee).
- Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
- Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee).
- To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign.
- Assist in on-boarding field training to new members.
- Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary).
Salary : RM 3,200.00 - RM 3,500.00
