About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of AlwaysRobot, responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, conducting live robot demonstrations, and converting interest into long-term business partnerships.

This role is more than just sales. It is an opportunity to introduce businesses to the next generation of workforce automation and help shape how humanoid robots are adopted across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct engaging humanoid robot demonstrations at our Experience Center, client sites, and industry events.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored robotics and automation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and accurate CRM records to support long-term business growth.
Requirement
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion for robotics and a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling business solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
