About This Role
We’re looking for a Senior / Merchandising Operations Manager to take ownership of a large-scale merchandising project, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence across the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall merchandising operations & project execution, acting as the key liaison between client and internal stakeholder.
- Drive team performance, KPI achievement, productivity & discipline.
- Manage manpower planning and resolve operational / HR-related matters.
- Leverage BI & data insights to identify gaps, opportunities and improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coach and develop the team through field visits and training.
- Monitor field execution, tracking systems and daily reports to ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with key outlet buyers and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ experience in merchandising, retail, field operations or project management.
- Strong people leadership & stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong understanding of KPI, SOP and field operations.
- Comfortable with field visits and managing a fast-paced operation.
- Proficient in Excel / BI reporting tools is an advantage.
