MERCHANDISER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Key Task

Check in and complete task through RetailAIM Mobile Apps.
On time execution for secondary display setup within agreed timeline.
Conduct inventory check on both primary & secondary display - Reporting.
Check all products range & OOS with supporting visual.
Ensuring instore fundamental is in places Price, Shelving, Planogram, & Cleanliness.
Conduct on shelf product replenishment according to FEFO/FIFO.
Product aging management - periodic.
Build rapport with store PIC.
Observation of competitive product or related promotion activity and price list.
Prompting sales order.
Provide timely feedback to key stakeholders if there is any issue/help needed.
Weekly market return at client's warehouse - Reporting (Applicable for Central Merchandiser only)
New store and store closure arrangement.
Accurate reporting SOS, SOD, MBB - Reporting.
Monitoring the availability of tester & condition, request when fall short.
MSL price tracker on monthly basis for all retailer, weekend promo proce check if there is weekend sales - Reporting.
Counter maintenance issues - Reporting.
Dismantle event.
As event promoter.
