- Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.
- Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.
- Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS etc.
- Planning of journey plan.
- Conduct monthly "one-to-one" / tag-along coaching & mentoring with team members.
- Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
- Conduct on-boarding training to new members.
- Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.
- Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser.
- Regular visit to key outlet buyers.
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.
- Weekly alignment meeting with Area Sales Manager on the stock arrangement.
