Key deliverables of the team leader are as follows:
Key deliverables of the team leader are as follows:
- Market work: Work jointly with individual team members regularly (based on journey plan) to identify gaps to enable delivery of KPI's - sales, reach, conversion.
- On field coaching: Support team member them on:
- Able to inspire and motivate brand ambassadors to achieve shared objectives.
- Relationship: managing relationship with outlet staff.
- Location: source and select right location to do activation both in store and during road shows.
- KPI: Ideal way to approach customers for selling - Steps of doing call.
- Incentive: Help team with ways to achieve incentive e.g. What to sell?. How to sell?
- Team selection / retention: Look externally for candidates that fit the job requirement, build team camaraderie and other interventions to drive retention.
- Team success index: Strive to deliver the team success index.
- Strategic planning in resource allocation: including schedule and shifts, ensure smooth operation including managing inventory, logistics, oversees set up and tear down events.
- Excellent in campaign planning: to ensure excellent execution in line with brand objectives.
- Good problem-solving skills to resolve conflict or issue within the team promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints and ensuring a satisfactory resolution .
- Crisis management: develop strategies for handling unforeseen challenges and maintaining brand integrity.
- Feedback & review: ensure timely reporting of results and post-mortem finding. Work closely and regularly with Haleon to review productivity of events and provide recommendation on room of improvement base on market insights.
- 5 years+ in leading brand ambassador team.
- Mobile to travel outstation to provide coaching and supervision on roadshow activation.
