Job Description:

Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.
Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.
Tracking of Attendance, Planogram Compliance, OOS etc.
Planning of journey plan with Field rep.
Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
Conduct on-boarding training to new members.
Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.
Regular visit to key outlet buyers to build and maintain good business relationship.
Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.
Weekly alignment meeting with Sales Manger to review stock arrangement.
