Field Sales Recruiter Task (6 Days / Week):
  • Outlet Visitation and Acquisition:
  • Lawatan dan Pengambilan Outlet:
    • Execute the visitation schedule by achieving the required number of outlet visits.
    • Melaksankan jadual lawatan untuk mencapai jumlah lawatan outlet yang diasarkan.
    • Identify and visit targeted store / outlets to introduce and promote the deployment of ice cream cabinets.
    • Megenal pasti dan melawat kedai / outlet sasaran untul memperkenalkan serta mempromosikan pemasangan kabinet ais krim.
    • Build and nurture relationships with business owners to encourage the acceptance and successful deployment of ice cream cabinets in their outlets.
    • Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pemilik perniagaan untuk menggalakkan penerimaan dan pemasangan kabinet ais krim di outlet mereka.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Penyelidikan dan Analisis Pasaran:
    • Analyse and understand the target category of stores and outlets suitable for ice cream sales to achieve cabinet deployment to the outlet.
    • Menganalisis dan memahami kategori kedai / outlet yang sesuai untuk jualan ais krim bagi mencapai sasaran pemasangan kabinet.
    • Assess outlet potential based on factors like foot traffic, location, and customer demographics.
    • Menilai potensi outlet berdasarkan faktor seperti jumlah pelangan, lokasi strategik, dan demografi pelanggan.
    • Monitor and report competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Memantau dan melaporkan aktiviti pesaing untuk mengenal pasti peluang serta ancaman di pasaran.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the benefits and value of deploying ice cream cabinet in store.
  • Menyampaikan pembentangan jualan yang menarik, menekankan manfaat dan nilai tambah pemasangan kabinet ais krim.
  • Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure efficient and productive outlet visits.
  • Merancang serta mengoptimumkan laluan harian untuk memastikan lawatan lebih efisien dan produktif.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of all outlet visits, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Menyimpan rekod lawatan, interaksi, dan hasil lawatan dengan tepat dan sentiasa dikemas kini.
  • Provide regular updates to the Team Lead on market trends, challenges, and achievements.
  • Memberikan kemas kini berkala kepada Ketua Pasukan berkaitan trend pasaran, cabaran, dan pencapaian.
  • Escalate urgent or critical issues promptly to the respective Team Lead or Operation Executive for resolution.
  • Mengelukakan isu mendesak atau kritikal kepada Kedua Pasukan atau Eksekutif Operasi dengan segera untuk tindakan lanjut.
  • Actively contribute insights from the field to support the refinement of strategies and operational decisions.
  • Menyambangkan pandangan dari lawatan lapangan bagi membantu dalam penambahbaikan strategi dan operasi.
Academic Qualification(s):
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.
  • Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau kelayakan yang lebih tinggi.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
  • Mampu bertutur dan menulis dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Friendly and strong in communication.
  • Berperwatakan mesra dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang efektif.
  • With sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Pengalaman dalam bidang jualan akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.
