Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall kiosk operations (opening, closing, SOPs).
  • Manage staff schedules, shifts, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, stock levels and product display are aligned with brand standards & SOPs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Report daily sales, stock movement, and incident logs to HQ.
  • Lead by example - motivating team, keep energy up, and KPIs in check.
  • Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales.
  • Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
  • Captain of the Store. Owns the day-to-day hustle.
Academic Qualification(s):
  • Candidates must possess at least (SPM, Diploma).
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • retail shop experience.
  • Retail store management.
