What You’ll Do:
- Oversee merchandising project, overall daily operations and ensure project effectiveness and KPI
achievements.
• Serve as contact point to clients on merchandising project.
• Monitor and manage headcount fulfillment for the projects (recruitment, onboarding, replacements).
• New project preparation and operational planning.
• Ensure retail performance standard & outlets execution are complied.
• Address to compliments and action to resolve.
• Monitor & review merchandisers’ performance based on the KPIs set.
• Monitor merchandiser performance (including sales achievement of assigned cluster).
• Align with project key account PIC & region sales PIC on SOPs execution.
• Weekly reports compilation, if any
• Market visit/outlet audit.
- Must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- Skills required include team management, product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, Microsoft savvy and understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Soft skills such as strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems are also crucial for effective merchandising
