Job Role Description

The Region Trainer is responsible to provide full training support such as product training and soft skill training to the region Retail Supervisors, Promoters and dealers’ staff. He/she acquired all relevant training knowledge and needs from country training manager. Prepared training material and coordinate all region training plans and carry out training execution according to country training managers planning. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.

Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

  • Deliver Training excellence.
    • Plan training schedules and coordinate participants, internal or external parties (dealers) to attain the training.
    • Prepare all training materials and test questions.
    • Prepare training venue and ensure all training equipment are in working conditions.
    • Prepare training programs that cover knowledge gaps.
    • Demonstrate training vision.
    • Manage a diverse training environment.
    • Coach for service and sales performance.
    • Upload training material and training deliverables in RMS system.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through trainees knowledge retention (Test).
  • Managing Training Diversity.
    • Building a High Performance Team.
    • Conducts Sales Technique and product Training.
    • Cultivate sales and service performance.
    • Conduct all stand-up training and online training in accordance to training manual , requirement and specification.
    • Participate and conduct sales rallies event.
    • Developing and Engaging Team for Workplace Success.
  • Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives
    • Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation.
    • Coach productivity and innovation initiatives.
    • Attend to dealers and partners queries related to product knowledge.
    • Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation.
  • Manage people
    • Motivate Retail Supervisors and promoters.
    • Develop team cohesiveness.
    • Build team capability.
  • Manage customers / Dealers
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with dealers and partners.
    • Provide training support.
