Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Admin Task (5 Days / Week).
  • Route Scheduling and coordination:
    • Plan and maintain daily schedules and routes for recruiters.
    • Handle ad-hoc route adjustments and ensure effective coverage.
  • System Support:
    • Act as the main contact for troubleshooting system issues faced by recruiters.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical challnges promptly.
  • Headcount Monitoring:
    • Track and update headcount to maintain accurate staffing data.
  • Incentive Management:
    • ​​​​​​​Collect and verify incentive payout data for calculation and assist in ensuring accurate and timely processing of recruiter incentives.
  • Payroll Preparation:
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Prepare payroll files with attention to detail and compliance with internal processes.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Weekly Reporting:
    • Compile and prepare weekly reports, including performance metrics, operational updates, and field activity summaries.
  • ​​​​​​​Administrative Support:
    • ​​​​​​​Provide general administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Support management in compiling and organizing data for decision-making.
​​​​​​​Academic Qualification(s):
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience in secretarial skills, MS Office.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Friendly and strong in communication.​​​
