Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide professional technical training, support and troubleshooting for RetailAIM users and office users. Coordinate with development team to resolved software limitation and bugs. Assist in setting up new tenant and data configuration works.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide software training and technical support to users.
  • Assist in tenant setup and data configuration works.
  • Create and test data for application.
  • Identify application errors / bugs and guide customer to troubleshoot and problem solving.
  • Respond to user issues on social media support groups.
  • Problem-solving skills around technical.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.

Academic Qualification(s):

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or a related subject and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years technical support working experience.
  • Experience in SQL, Mobile Apps setup and Configuration.
  • Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies.
  • Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment.

Saary Range : RM2500 - RM3500
