Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Finance Business Controller to join our Finance team and support business decision-making across Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting. In this role, you will act as a commercial finance partner, providing financial insights, validating project costing and quotations, and ensuring financial governance throughout project stages.You will play a key role in financial planning, project analysis, and business performance monitoring, helping stakeholders make informed and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams to review quotations and manage project costing.
• Review project pricing, costing structures, and financial feasibility for new initiatives.
• Conduct pre- and post-project financial analysis, providing insights on profitability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs across project stages, including estimation, quotation, invoicing, and collection.
• Support management with business analysis, financial insights, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or MICPA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Audit, or Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial systems or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
