JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER

Drive and achieve KPI performance of all teams members
Monitor and track daily activities of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View
✓ Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Stocks Weight
Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcount
Support KAM on sales strategies and operational issues
Conduct monthly “one-to-one” coaching & mentoring with team members
Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members
Conduct on-boarding training to new members
Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting
Conduct monthly Promotion Plan with the Merchandiser
Regularly meet with key outlet buyers
Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed
