Job Role Description.


We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, he or she will supervise the standards of operational procedure and virtual merchandising of the store. Thier duties will include daily target setting, undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, profit protection, and developing business strategies.

The ideal store manager must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales targets. in addition to being an excellent communicator, he/she should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks.
  • Achieve sales.
    • Provide consultation on product and services.
    • Complete various reports are required, monitor the sales turnover and retail price in the store, and know the store sales target.
    • Analysis daily, weekly and month to date sales performance. Build sales strategy according to market trend, inventory and promotion.
    • Document and upload sales transactions for non-promoter store.
  • Consumer journey satisfaction.
    • Ensure store hygiene is always kept clen and tidy. Store team present with top grooming standard and ready to give best customer service.
    • Standardize the sales journey.
    • Manage a diverse service environment.
    • Effective management of promotional materials and all live demo units (LDU). Ensure that the equipment for demonstration, sales, and service is clean and tidy.
    • Coach for service performance.
    • Provide consumers with personalized customer service.
    • Guide store team on proper way to handle customer feedback. Ensure customer feedback reached to the right department.
    • Complete the collection and analysis of customer's feedback.
  • Deliver operations excellence.
    • Standard retail operation procedure, and work attitude.
    • Identify best seller. Monitor inventory level, provide feedback to store owner to do replenishment.
    • Assist in POSM deployment, LDU, Dummies and upload into RMS system.
    • Update store image into RMS system.
    • Coordinate in store construction, store image upgrade development activities.
    • Monitor visual merchandising presentation.
    • Coordinate deployment of merchandising display, LDU, Dummies, fixtures and gifts with dealers.
    • Provide market competition information.
    • All type of license such as Business, Promotion, Fire department, and other government requirement.
    • Reporting incidence such as thievery, robbery, accident in the store, and other issue to store owner, mall management and authority department.
  • Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives.
    • Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation.
    • Implement productivity and innovation initiatives.
    • Monitor the implementation of productivity and innovation initiatives.
    • Attend to customer queries related to product knowledge, stocks issues and merchandising.
    • Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation.
  • Manage people.
    • Monitor store team attendance, punctuality, grooming standard, and personal conduct.
    • Training includes customer service, sales technique, new product knowledge and competitor's product comparison sales script.
    • Build store team capability.
    • Lead store team decision making.
    • Appraise store team customer service, sales performance, product knowledge application.
