Retail Supervisor for Smartphone
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for hit assigned team sales targets & supervise that involve the coordination & operation.
He/she manages daily store operations and leads merchandising activities to improve sales performance.
Manages promoter, non-promoter outlets & operator outlets.
Manage small team & deal with dealers, store managers & store staff.

- Manage small team & deal with dealers, store managers & store staff.
- Hit sales target.
- Give consultation on product & services.
- Document & update sales transactions for non-promoter outlets.
- Provide quality service & demo service vision.
- Manage operations & diverse service environment.
- Training for service performance.
- Maintain good relationships for customer & service quality.
- Manage retail operations.
- Maintain stock inventory up-to date.
- Assist in POSM allocation, LDU, Dummies and upload to system.
- Update store image into system & coordinate outlet construction, store image upgrade activities.
- Keep track on visual merchandising presentation.
- Coordinate allocation of merchandising display, LDU, Dummies, fixtures & gifts with dealers.
- Provide training for all outlets.
- Update market competitor activities.
- Keep track for operations of roadshows, promotions, or any events.
- Involve in improvement & productivity initiatives.
- Lead & motivate team to participate for productivity improvement.
- Increase productivity & innovation activities.
- Keep track the implementation of productivity and innovation.
- Serve to customer inquiries related to product knowledge, stocks issues & merchandising.
- Create ideas for productivity improvements and innovation.
- Manage & supervise promoters.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Salary Range : RM 2,200 - RM 3,000
