RetailAIM Malaysia is looking for a Project Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales across Field Force Management, AI, IoT, automation, robotics, and digital transformation solutions.
You will own the sales journey from finding new opportunities and presenting solutions to closing deals and growing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Sell RetailAIM Field Force Management solutions, humanoid robots, and technology solutions.
• Identify and develop opportunities across FMCG, retail, distribution & SME sectors.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, workshops and solution discussions.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend the right technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations; lead negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical/project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, invoicing and collections.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 3+ years of B2B / solution sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, system integration, automation or robotics.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to translate customer needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
