Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct newbie in-field & classroom training.
  • Ensure retail performance standard & outlets execution are complied.
  • Backup support of field work during merchandiser out-of-service day.
  • Address to compliments and action to resolve.
  • Monitor & review merch and promoter performance based on the KPIs set.
  • Monitor merch and promoter performance (including sales achievement of assigned cluster)
  • Align with key account PIC & region sales PIC on SOPs execution.
  • Weekly reports compilation, if any.
  • Market visit / outlet audit.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirements(s):
  • 4-5 year experience in merchandiser, preferably Team Leader experience in FMCG.
  • Skills required include team management, product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, Microsoft savvy and understanding of visual merchandising principle.
  • Soft skills such as strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems are also crucial for effective merchandising.
