Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

- Conduct newbie in-field & classroom training.
- Ensure retail performance standard & outlets execution are complied.
- Backup support of field work during merchandiser out-of-service day.
- Address to compliments and action to resolve.
- Monitor & review merch and promoter performance based on the KPIs set.
- Monitor merch and promoter performance (including sales achievement of assigned cluster)
- Align with key account PIC & region sales PIC on SOPs execution.
- Weekly reports compilation, if any.
- Market visit / outlet audit.
Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Work Experience / Skills Requirements(s):
- 4-5 year experience in merchandiser, preferably Team Leader experience in FMCG.
- Skills required include team management, product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, Microsoft savvy and understanding of visual merchandising principle.
- Soft skills such as strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems are also crucial for effective merchandising.
