Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Admin Intern works closely with the team on administrative tasks.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Submit project expenses & claims.
  • Assist in collecting and compiling the project’s demo claim receipts for invoicing purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support for Activation & Planning team, such as courier, memo circulation, etc.
  • Support the Activation & Planning Team on the Client’s event coordination.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments, (e.g. finance, operations, and logistic team).
  • Assist the Manager in compiling records and reports on PP projects and submitting them to the HR department in a timely manner.
  • To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties designated or required by the management.
