Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs.
  • Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations.
  • Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk.
  • Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
  • Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights.
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift.
  • The frontline vide-maker.
Academic Qualification(s):
  • Candidates must possess at least (SPM).
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • Sales Experience.
  • Retail store experience.
